Executive Director
Prior to Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley, Inc., Brian had most recently held the position of Executive Director with an assisted living facility in Billings. Previous to that, his experience included the position of Regional Executive Director for Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care overseeing operations in Bozeman, Butte and Helena. Brian's professional career includes experience in marketing, foster care programs, runaway youth and served as Chaplain. Restore Manager
Jeneffer has been an active voice in our community for social injustice and giving identity to those in need for over 30 years. Jeneffer served as the Office Manager & Building Administrator at Bozeman United Methodist Church then went on to open and manage a new hotel in downtown Belgrade before joining our team as the ReStore Manager. She has helped build countless houses in our valley as part of our Habitat family. Jeneffer brings a great amount of energy to the ReStore. She’s had her hand in many of our local organization starts (Gallatin Valley Church Administrators Group, Family Promise, Fork & Spoon, Warming Center, Bozeman Children’s Museum, Love INC and more). Jeneffer has received many achievement awards from our community including Outstanding Mission Recognition Award and 20 Years of Excellence in Service Award. Jeneffer serves as a board member on the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, member of the President’s Council for Intermountain Children’s Home in Helena and is a licensed Property Manager. Jeneffer enjoys spending her free time camping, kayaking and hiking with her husband and two kids. -
Development Coordinator
As a native Montanan, Gale takes great pride in joining the Habitat team. He has spent over two decades in nonprofit work and has extensive experience in helping organizations achieve their potential. Gale graduated from Montana State University (BS), as well as Western Seminary (MDiv), Duke University (ThM), and Marquette University (PhD). He worked as a professor and dean at a small college for most of his career, but his passion has always been serving people. Gale comes from the academic world but has also spent significant time working construction in southwest Montana. He enjoys the outdoors, especially archery hunting. His favorite moments usually center around time spent with his five grandchildren. -
Gina Parsley
ReStore Assistant Manager & Floor Manager
Gina is a Montana native who spent time away from the state, but decided it was time to come back home. Before joining our team, Gina worked at a local favorite, Sacks of Bozeman. Her favorite part about working for organizations like ours is giving back to the community. -
Construction Supervisor
Mark joined Habitat in 2013 and has been building houses and leading volunteers since. Prior to working at Habitat, Mark worked primarily in the construction trade as a carpenter and contractor, and brings over 40 years of experience. He also brings extensive experience with non-profits and working with volunteers in his work as Director of the Yellowstone Gateway Museum, and as President of both the Montana Bow-hunters Association, and the Traditional Bow-hunters of Montana, as well as teaching credentials as a volunteer Bow-hunter Education Instructor for 18 years.
Mark completed HS in Livingston, where he has lived for 45 years, and attended college at Montana State University. He and his wife Penny have two sons, both top-notch carpenters in the area as well. -
Zeke Smith
ReStore Associate
Zeke has called Montana home for almost his entire life, spending the last 15 years growing up here with his family. Zeke joined us at the ReStore in January of 2021 and we are lucky to have him as part of the team. In his free time, you can catch him watching football games, most notably the New England Patriots. -
Program Manager & Volunteer Coordinator
Owen graduated from Bozeman High and Montana State University. He started in the construction industry during high school, and has worked for multiple construction companies, as well as a building supplier in the Gallatin Valley. He also has obtained his mortgage loan originator license in Montana and Idaho and has experience in the mortgage loan originator world. He is a Notary Public for the State of Montana. He has previously volunteered with youth groups, college groups, and Eagle Mount. He has officiated multiple high school sports. He and his wife have two kids, enjoy family time, the outdoors, games, and athletic events.
